Withdrawal processing requires completed KYC. s9geam may delay or withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory verification. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe following request may result in account suspension.
Access to and use of s9geam is restricted exclusively to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. s9geam takes its obligations regarding underage gambling prevention with the utmost seriousness and implements strict age verification checks as part of its KYC process.
Additionally, Users must not be residents of or accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law. Users are solely responsible for determining whether their use of s9geam is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence or access. s9geam accepts no liability for any consequences arising from access to the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their s9geam Login credentials, including their password and any two-factor authentication codes. Users must not share their login details with any third party, including family members. s9geam will not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from a User's failure to maintain adequate account security.
If a User suspects that their account has been accessed without authorisation, they must notify s9geam's support team immediately. s9geam's support team will investigate and, where unauthorised access is confirmed, will take appropriate protective measures. s9geam will never ask a User for their password via live chat, email, or telephone.
An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. s9geam reserves the right to apply a dormancy fee of Rs 200 per month to dormant account balances, following written notification to the User's registered email address at least 30 days in advance. Users may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing any required reverification.
s9geam accepts deposits exclusively via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, Meezan Bank, and standard Pakistani bank transfer. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum single deposit is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit set by s9geam, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
Deposits are generally credited to the User's s9geam wallet immediately for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and within 1–3 business hours for bank transfer methods. s9geam does not charge any platform-side fees on deposits. Users should be aware that some payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside of s9geam's control.
In the event that a deposit is deducted from a User's payment account but not reflected in their s9geam wallet within the standard processing time, the User must contact support with their transaction reference number. s9geam will investigate and credit the deposit within 24 hours of confirmation, provided the transaction reference is valid and traceable.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted by Users whose accounts have completed KYC verification and whose Real Money Balance meets the minimum withdrawal amount of Rs 1,000. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, or to a verified bank account registered in the User's name.
Standard withdrawal processing time at s9geam is 2–4 business hours from the time a withdrawal request is approved by the finance team. All bets placed through s9geam are subject to the specific game or sport rules applicable at the time the bet is placed. In the event of a technical error, system failure, or communication breakdown, s9geam reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the User's Real Money Balance. Where a game result has been established prior to the technical issue, the result stands.
Pre-match and in-play bets on cricket (including PSL, international Test, ODI, and T20 matches), football, UFC, and other available sports markets are governed by the sports betting rules published in the Help section of the platform. Self-exclusion requests are actioned immediately upon confirmation by the support team. Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting s9geam support. Prior to closure, any Real Money Balance will be returned to the User's verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements and provided no Bonus Balance wagering obligations are outstanding.
s9geam reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where a material breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred, where the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform, or where required by regulatory directive. Where a change is material — meaning it affects a User's rights, obligations, or the fundamental nature of the services provided — s9geam will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via the User's registered email address and an on-platform notification.
